● This machine uses a computer needle selector to select needles on the needle cylinder and weave jacquard fabrics with unlimited pattern range. The computer needle selector can make three-position needle selection, loop collection and floating line. Any complex organizational structure of the process pattern can be replaced by a computer pattern preparation system for special control instructions. These instructions control the computer needle selector on the machine to knit the single-sided jacquard fabric, and the bottom of the fabric is knitted by the needle track.
● The precision encoder can accurately calculate the position of the knitting needle and correct the zero position. The encoder can also automatically correct the error caused by inertia during startup and shutdown. In order to select the accuracy of the needle, a controller is also added to add the zero correction function. The control system can check the encoder and judge whether the signal of the encoder is appropriate, thus ensuring the stability of the whole system.
